The Vitenso Health Center in Darmstadt remains an independent limited liability company despite the recent takeover of Body Culture Studios by the LifeFit Group (Fitness First). The existing cooperation agreements with the Body Culture Group remain in full force and will be taken over by the new shareholders.
Nothing will change for our members and partners—on the contrary: the new corporate structure may even open up additional opportunities that could also benefit Merck employees in the future.
