TREATMENTS AT THE
PHYSIOTHERAPY PRACTICE

Have you just come from the doctor and have a prescription for physiotherapy or physiotherapy with you? Are you plagued by problems with your musculoskeletal system? Back pain from sitting for long periods in the office? Could your physical performance be better? We offer a comprehensive range of treatments to help you.

The Physio Check-up is an individual examination and consultation that helps you better understand your current physical condition. Together, we analyze your posture, mobility, muscle strength, and any complaints you may have. Depending on the duration (20 or 40 minutes), there is time for a brief assessment or a more detailed examination with specific tips and exercises.

Ideal for:

  • Identify problems early on
  • coordinate your exercise and training goals
  • receive specific recommendations for everyday life or sports

This gives you a clear overview of your body and specific approaches on how to improve your health and performance.

Costs:

  • 20 minutes EUR 35
  • 40 minutes EUR 69

Manual therapy is a special additional qualification that takes two years and is designed to examine joints, muscles, ligaments and nerves in detail. The aim is to find the causes of complaints. If you know where the problems are coming from, you can use special hand movements and mobilization techniques to relieve pain and correct movement disorders.
Attention is also paid to how the different areas of the body work together. This coordination plays an important role when it comes to finding the best therapeutic approach. Manual therapy therefore not only treats individual problems, but also considers the entire body and its interaction.

Physiotherapy, also known as physiotherapy, is mainly concerned with examining and treating functional disorders, restricted movement, postural damage and pain in the musculoskeletal system. Physiotherapists use various active and passive methods, often also from physical therapy, such as heat or ice.
The aim is to relieve pain, improve mobility and, above all, restore performance for work, sport and everyday life. The therapy is designed to help people return to their normal everyday lives and improve their quality of life.

Physiotherapy on equipment offers an opportunity to work specifically on strength, mobility and endurance under physiotherapeutic guidance. This can be particularly helpful if you want to get back on your feet after an operation or a long illness. Targeted training can also help you return to normal life if you have back pain or signs of wear and tear.
Both large medical training devices and functional methods such as sling training are used. The aim is to strengthen your body step by step and improve your flexibility so that you feel safer and fitter again. This allows you to cope with everyday life with more energy and less pain.
